L\u2019attrice ha detto a <em>The Hollywood Reporter<\/em> che non \u00e8 interessata a rivestire i panni della rossa avvocatessa newyorchese: \u201c<em>No, no. Penso che abbiamo fatto un viaggio fantastico. Credo sia giusto lasciar andare adesso<\/em>\u201d. Il telefilm \u00e8 approdato sul grande schermo nel <b>2008<\/b>, dopo <b>sei stagioni<\/b> (dal 1998 al 2004) in tv, guadagnando <b>153 milioni di dollari<\/b> al box office. <\/p>\n<p>Il <b>sequel<\/b>, rilasciato due anni dopo, ne ha conquistati invece 95,3 ma non ha soddisfatto il pubblico, che \u00e8 rimasto molto deluso dalla trama che vedeva le quattro donne in carriera in vacanza ad <b>Abu Dhabi<\/b>. Il film ha infatti collezionato sette nomination ai <b>Razzie Awards<\/b> (i riconoscimenti alle peggiori pellicole dell\u2019anno), vincendone tre. Ma la Nixon non \u00e8 l\u2019unica star della serie a non voler tornare in un altro film. Anche <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gossip.it\/news\/monografia.php?keyword=Chris Noth\">Chris Noth<\/a> (<b>Mr. Big<\/b>), ora nel cast del telefilm \u201c<em>The Good Wife<\/em>\u201d, l\u2019anno scorso ha commentato: \u201c<em>Non penso ci sar\u00e0 un \u2018Sex and the City 3\u2019. Non rimarr\u00f2 deluso se decideranno di non farne un altro. <b>Mi mancano i primi tempi, prima che attirasse cos\u00ec tanta attenzione, quando ancora non era questa icona<\/b><\/em>\u201d.
